Does anyone have a mod that makes pistol reloads proper? There's absolutely no reason to pull the slide back again while there's still a round in the chamber after reloading on a partial magazine, and this one small issue has stopped me from using any sort of pistol since the games release. We have the creation kit now, I can't be the only one annoyed by this, I'm hoping someone knows of a mod that fixes this that I simply haven't been able to find yet.
I play it but if you don't show me a clip of what changes I don't know whether to install it or not. This comment was made thanks to Google Translate otherwise I wouldn't have been able to write to you (I can only speak Italian)
Hey, I don't want to sound nit picky, because I love what you're doing here on nexus, but I was wondering if you could maybe take the animation for the side star and put it on the 1911 as another alternate reload animation? I don't really like the eon animation for this. Your choice, inevitably, but I would really appreciate it if you did so. Anyhow, I do still greatly appreciate the things you make.
not sure if its in this game was deffo in fallout 4 and ill be porting my mod from that to this once possible idk why the f*#@ bethesda didnt give us mod tools out of the gate smh
Interesting that there's seemingly complete alternate animations in there, wonder if the XM 2311 and M1911 were meant to have different reloads at some point.
That's the Eon animation, not some unused thing in the game for the 1911's. The Eon animation is more pushing the slide? downward, so I doubt they ever intended to use this animation on it.
Haha it actually does if you watch it in slow motion. That's actually one of the main things I looked for when I created this. It's just that the eon animation is more 'snappy' (faster) with the pull than the regular M1911 animation :)

Would love to know how if the former.
Can't wait for CK!
Thanks for the reply!
The slide not popping off threw me off a bit, still looks like it fits somewhat.
