So what's the best time to run this Bat file? I'm planning on doing the entire SysDef questline and side with SysDef in the end. Should I just run this bat file after I completed the whole questline (do we have to kill Mathis if siding with SysDef?)
Then if I run the bat file, will it screw up the quest status in the end if we decided on siding with SysDef? I don't want to corrupt my save file or anything.

Click on him to get his Prid ID (make sure you save his Prid ID somewhere, you will need it later) 2. type Removefromallfactions 3. type Addtofaction0001C21C 1 (This is the player faction) 4. type Addtofaction000143A2 1 (This is the potential crew faction) 5. type bat Mathis (This mod)
Before you join the battle in battle on Sysdef side make sure you remove all his equipement first! Since he will respawn but still as your crew, if you have any equipment you gave him they will be gone. (I have no idea why)
After you completed the Sysdef side quest, he will be removed from the game (Again no idea why) Now you use his Prid ID type enable type moveto player Then he will be next to you.

hi i typed it in the bat file. im in the legacy ship now hopefuly he sticks by me when i betray the fleet. however i noticed i dont see his stats in the crew menu? no certications whatsoever, pls confirm its normal?
He shows but the skills arent there for me? And when he fights in ym gane he is very noticably weaker lol. I gave him the revenant still takes very long forbhim to kill a baddie right in font of him.

The bat command is incorrect...it reads bat Mathis...it should be bat AddMathis

He is now part of my crew and a full companion...ornery dialogue and all!
I have him equipped in Boris4774's Argos Open Jacket Retexture with UC Patch...smile Mathis...at least you're not KIA or DOA!
Even after I resurrected him, he will still attack me.
I guess Mathis cannot join as a companion then, probably need console command to remove him from Crimson Fleet faction.

I also found out Mathis will disappear from time to time and will be dead if you type "moveto player". I resurrect him and he will be hostile.
So keep in mind you will have to repeat the above steps if you find him missing after completing companion quest.
Also the bottom part is missing when displayed on the description, but I guess people can just check it here as well.
For me his PRID was 189b2. I imagine this may be different for others. Try using the following command to find his PRID:
help CF_MathisRef 4

Use "help mathis" should should the code for ref npc. Dont use the npc tag use the ref 1.
Then type prid (the ref id) the, moveto player
