For now I've set the manual version as the Vortex Main File, I tried a few different FOMOD setups but they didn't seem to work with Vortex regardless of the file structure..
If anyone wants to try anyway and gets it working I'd appreciate being informed so that I can update the mod / mod page accordingly.
Is it possible to have a standalone version? So the player could use this one, while the other pirates could use your other mod "immersive pirate gear". Would love a craftable stand alone version.
I really love this, there are more of these kinds of retexture mods which try to bring back the concept art pirates, but I think this one is the closest one & the best looking one! Thank you for this. Do you plan to finish it?
Don't know which mod you're Referring to, but if it modifies the diffuse, then no, but you you can manually overwrite anything you need to, or I can make a texture that includes both for you!
i forget who its called but it takes the pirate helmet with the a6 point asterisk painted on the glass and changes it to a white paint skull thats kinda dripping. i think its from another pirate helm in game that belongs to a named npc.
the ecliptic comment was just about the ecliptic concept arts with darker suits/camo etc.
will do, btw this was the one i was thinking of. https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/2911/ i think these will look really good together. just have to see if it works lol
great retext LOVE IT !! any chance to have a version for the delgado outfit with the brown parts (cloak and front "belt") replaced by a grey/black unicolor equivalent ?
This is the best armor mod I've seen so far, the ones I could find look great. Can you post the item names or a screen shot so that I can use the console to get them, most importantly the one in the 6th in-game picture with the poncho attached? I used the help command to search for the names you listed, but was only able to find a few of the outfits. Great job on all of your outfit mods!
Thanks, that's a great resource, but it doesn't show any corsair armor. I did search for Corsair with the console as well, I'm guessing the actual item ID is something different.
Okay so after making my first FOMOD and having the same issue as you, I've found that where you select the directory in "steps" (bottom right corner) it will say "textures" as the destination when selecting the data folder. Rename this to "Data\textures\" for all the directories added then save, zip the files and it should place the dds files in the correct location.
Great one. That was the real pirate gear deal. I hope you ill manage to add the weapons too. Only weird thing is, Vortex installation are funky once again for a billionth time. Installing mod at /Starfield/Textures, instead of Data/Textures. Had to do old good manual style.
The FOMOD doesn't seem to work with Vortex regardless of the file structure. Either use FOMOD then manually drop the files into the right location, or install the manual version which includes everything.

Yeah, maybe, I'll see in the next update :)
The armor you're referring to is the Corsair Armor
You can find item codes online, I personally use this one for testing: Game8
