Want to ask how changing from 75% to 90% but still use the 1 file as stated. Curios to how i would go forward? Since 75% has 1 file but 90 has 2 files and 2 folder 1 in each. Do i use them both or only the one file similar to as 90% has source but 75% don't. So i would think only using the similar file that 75% has but 90% instead. Might have mentioned this twice :P

Have I reached the end of the line and cannot get a new universe?
I wanted a universe with companions in it so I went through the Unity 5 times in a row. I got all children, Andreja who wanted to kill me, Hunter who dropped off some artifacts, and a room full of myself "twice in a row."
Is it random luck that I got a universe of myself twice in a row or the end of the line?
I used the 90% optional mod and it worked like a charm. After 13-15 NG+ and I only got one variant and it was bugged I wanted to make as sure as possible I got a different universe.
Spoiler Arrived at the lodge and Starborn Cora accused me of killing her father. I convinced her otherwise and I got my junk and cleared out before I had to fight a half dozen Starborn. I am living alone in Akila City.
Not sure if it works, but just to be sure, is our first NG+ always going to be the normal version, but then your second NG+ will fall into one of the 10 variants?
I have a question for this mod. Do we need to put the main file and an optional file for example if we want the 90% permanent chance? Or can we put only the permanent 90% chance? If it is the latter it still shows as the lesser version in Vortex, might want to increase the version and make it not dependent on the Main File at least version-wise.
Any chance you could put the example 'universe' details behind a spoiler format (blackout format)? I was scanning for the installation instructions and ended up seeing them. Trying to find basic non-spoiler info on ng+ is tough. I've gotten the standard uni 5+ times and in searching for percentage chance and such 5 variants have been spoiled. (Looking for this mods instructions spoiled 2 more.) Most of the time folks mark NG+'s existence as 'spoiler' so you have to risk wading through very general stuff being 'spoiler' or folks going into super details (like in the later part of your description). I'm not saying you did not mark the section, but the details that give away ng+ universe specifics I think deserve more special treatment. I would not have expected those details in a mod description since they would not be necessary to describe the mod. - Happy for the mod... sad for more spoiled fun. :/
Thanks for this mod, as it would have been quite tedious to see them all without it. Now I've done them, I can say it's quite boring without the Constellation companions, so I've just skipped everything but the artefacts for most of them. I was hoping there would be more to those stories, like unique quests, different companion configurations, the ability to find the Constellation members in different roles and convince them to join, or so much more. During one of them, I was hoping I'd have multiple versions of my character as a companion, but sadly that wasn't even possible. I look forward to seeing if modders can extend these current variations, and offer entirely new ones. What I want now, is a simple selection menu, for which alternate start I want to start with; does anyone know of such a mod?
Is this percentage actually working ?? I re-loaded like 10 times and still getting the same variant !? By Redit post until i get Lodge but with no (Mast district) quest, its the same universe. I did check 3 4 times the Lodge and everything is the same.
Edit: restarted over 30 times already with 90% mod but still new universe is not showing....think this mod is not working.
Is there a way to know whether you're in a variant universe? E.g. by a console command? I'm in NG4 and haven't seen any fancy changes in the world yet.
OK found my answer myself on Reddit. Apparently, when the mission is active to go to the lodge, if it says (MAST district) in the subtask it's a normal universe. If that suffix is missing, it's a variant.
Also I noticed, after NG+ I was in a normal universe, then I loaded the auto-created save when being back on the ship after seeing the unity. Now I suddenly had a variant universe. It seems this chance is only loaded when being spawned on the ship.
hmm, no, when you load the save when on the ship, mission to visit the lodge is already started, there is no other save before acquiring tham mission, only option is to load the save before Unity. And it seems this 75% i am using is not 75%, already re-loaded the game like 10 times still quest is Lodge (Mast District)....so... 🤷♂️
I have a question, in the info it says that there's now a 90 percent chance for a variant scenario to trigger. But will that scenario be removed from the list, if you do another game plus? Or does it stay in the list? Because if it is the latter, where it stays in the list, then you could still have the same alt universe as you just played.
