   Today is October 2, 2024, and this mod still works well.
   I've also confirmed that it can be installed directly in MO2 without following the poster's instructions

   Hey OrgasmicSneeze, I love the new sound. I love it so much, I'd like to hear it a little more --- uhh... I hate to ask, but would it be possible for you to do an optional version that increases the volume of the sound slightly? Thanks so much for it either way, it's so nice to have some kinda sound there but one that doesn't pound my ear with the insane bass of the ugly, blown out, vanilla hit sound.
