Version v1.3
While checking the v1.2 download to make sure it was good, I noticed a single level entry that I neglected to change from the vanilla amount to what I wanted it to be, so I added that very tiny fix.

v1.1 Reverted the level 1 amounts to vanilla for the staryard lists.
v1.2 Fixed the flags that weren't set to Use All, because I neglected to do that, oops.
