Used this mod to start a new character a while back, worked great. Yesterday when I tried to use it again I kept getting "error 2" which is.. "player over level 2" I'm spawning in Jameson already level 3 for some reason. I disabled all mods and creations except this one. Still appearing at level 3. Yes, I delete the save after every attempt. Any ideas??
Weird bug. Clean Starfield install, no mods beside yours. Work clean to creat a new save but after i have no weapon sound. If i disable the mod the sound is back. Have you see something like that ?
Noted, if ever on a fresh install, it's reproducible 100% of the time on my setup. Don't hesitate if I can help you perfect it, as this mod is 100% indispensable.

Hello - I am encountering a very similar issue. I am on Xbox Series X. I selected "Disable 2", and neither Sarah, Sam, nor Barrett have the option to become my companion. I can ask them about their "personal questions". And I can trade with them, but cannot take items back because they are not my companions, so it displays any traded items as "stolen goods". (Also, all items in the The Lodge are marked with the red "stolen goods" icon).

I installed the mod yesterday (Thanks between it is awesome!) and this is my experience: - If I select disable 2 and start Lodge, only Andreja and Vasco in crew list, but I can recruit Sara to become my companion and she's added to the crew list. - If I select disabled 2 and start here (at the ship), only Andreja and Vasco are available in crew list. If I got at the Lodge, everything is market as "steal". Sara has "trade with me" but not the "come with me", but inventory is red.
I have CaCAO, not sure if that can cause some conflicts for the 2nd one. No other companion related mods. edit: made a test character for the 2nd buggy start without CaCAO and it still shows everything as no owner in the Lodge and Sara can't be recruited.
Well I just ran a new game start and get [ ARE YOU READY TO HEAD BACK OUT ] on all companions in the Lodge and nothing is marked as stealing.
You should probably compare your load orders to see what common miscreant(s) is/are buggering up your game. Most likely are things that touch the Lodge cell and/or companions. As I don't look at or use anyone else's crap I cant help in that matter.
Hey! Not sure what's up with the mod but i keep getting error code 5. I've looked at all my mods and disabled ones I thought would mess with New Atlantis. No luck whatsoever. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and only installed this one. Still the same issue. Not sure what's up lol. Just a heads up.
Trying this for the first time and I want to disable the MQ, but no matter what else I select I always spawn with Power From Beyond in my quest log.
I don't have any other mods installed that affect new games or quests. Anyone have any ideas about this, or is there a way to remove the quest from my log after spawning?
Okay, so I tried that option instead and got the blank quest log that I wanted. But at some point around lvl 14 Into the Unknown popped up in my log. I didn't go to The Lodge or The Eye or any of the early Constellation quest locations that I know of. All I was really doing in that playthrough up to that point was taking radiant "defeat ship" quests from the terminals and visiting the cities for delivery quests. I only got off my ship a handful of times to talk to the guy to upgrade and sell ships.
Crap, sorry about that. I misunderstood earlier. I will definitely try that mod. I guess my question now is whether this mod is compatible with that one.
In other words, can I initiate a Fast Start, choose 0/No, start the MQ by doing whatever or talking to whomever(?), then use your terminal to either hide or close the MQ?
I know I should just go try it, but clearly I'm at least a little dopey about this stuff and want to avoid getting another 14 levels in before realizing I goofed up something else. Also, if all that is possible, I'd like to understand how Shattered Space might start in that case.
What I'm aiming for is a new game with a blank quest log, hopefully avoiding some huge quest autopopulating that I have to complete to get rid of. That Take Your Time mod that stops quests from being auto-added seems to work well for other quests, so I'm mostly trying to shed the MQ now so that everything is optional.

I keep getting start code 5 error when I try to do a new game. However, the game loads itself, but puts me under the map outside of the game space with no way to get out. No idea why, then it crashed shortly thereafter. Any ideas as to how to fix would be greatly appreciated.
Anything incompatible? I'm thinking there might be but I'm afraid any new start I do is flat borked and I didn't install anything at least to my knowledge that could have caused this oddity. Well no matter what I do I can't see to straighten this out, guess it is back to the argos miner start or a mod that skips the intro and goes straight to character creator. Well this is dandy, New Atlantis vanishes and my ship can't move anywhere.
Update: A bit of a pain but I finally got the accursed thing to work and finished up my character roster, still the two issues, some mod ain't playing nice with yours and I intend to find out which one.
Update: Figured out what caused the ships to not move, it was a mod that was supposed to make them fasters apparently and from what I could see that mod was defecated. Now I need to figure out which mod is making people in every city or at least a handful of them naked XD it never ends, however, your mod is still safer used without other mods save for anything involved in character creation.
Hey bud, quick question, I've initiated about 20+ new starts so far and picked RANDOM every single time, but for some reason they just keep putting me in the Vectera system over and over again. Is this truly random? Or is the "randomness" somehow dictated by what loadout you pick? Maybe I've just gotten really unlucky so far.

Probably related to the original "loading any mod stops all sound on xbox" game issue.

(1) You have installed a mod that has monkeyed around with the New Atlantis worldspace or moved base game critical NewAtlantisShipLandingMarker
(2) You have installed a mod that has monkeyed around with ... who the hell knows what else ignorant mods can do to innocent games.
