As a tribute to FO4, I wanted to create a perk that gave some sort of EXP bonus similar as Idiot Savant did. So here it is... a perk that increases EXP, not quite as Idiot Savant but...

Update on 11.11.2023. HOTFIX of ranks 2/3/4. People were not getting correct exp from later ranks of the skill, I found the issue and should be fixed now!
Perk description: Idiocy in your mind made you learn things more quickly and efficiently. Doing dumbass shit in Starfield forces you to gain more experience investing into this perk.

Point of this perk is to give some new immersive way of gaining more exp. Skill is placed into expert rank and is considered late game perk. Point of it is to increase late game gains, for people who want to get all perks. This will help them a bit. Will you rush the perk at once or will you get it way later? Your choice!
Keep in mind, this bonus is on top of all other bonuses, so if you have well rested it will increase even more... that is why i put only 5% - 25% I tried 10 to 50 but it was too much gains!

Installation:
1. Download with manager
2. Make sure my esm file "Inquisitor_Starfield_Mods_IdiotSavant_Perk.esm" is added into your plugins.txt file
3. Enjoy & feel free to ask any questions, I am also open for perk ideas!
