Hello everyone, I'm sorry I haven't been around much to respond to your comments, and I'd like to thank the people who helped those with questions and problems about this mod.
This mod does not include flora & fauna extractors as of yet, but they will arrive at some point.
Fauna and flora extractors are set up a bit differently than the rest, I couldn't quite make variants as of yet. I have however modified the vanilla flora and fauna extractors to be able to extract everything successfully (also included chasmbass oil, I am quite proud of that, you would not believe how stupidly convoluted adding a "new" extractable resource proved to be).
Unfortunately for now the mod is not really releasable, I still think I can make a "clean" version of this by adding variant extractors, just like I have done for this mod. Unfortunately I am not currently playing or modding starfield, I'm busy with work and life stuff, but I believe I will keep working on this eventually.
Is there anyway you can port this to the xbox would really love to have this on there i would ask permission to port it myself but I wouldn't have any idea what I'm doing im not very tech savy
Installed Mod and built a new outpost . the Universal container is in my build list but the "extract all" extractor variant is not there . It is only showing the 3 variants up to industrial . any help would be appreciated . Thanks
update . i reinstalled the mod and it works perfectly now . i have the "all extractors. :)
Idk what UI you are using but, mine shows the primary extractors, then you click on them and it opens up another sub menu showing normal extractor, the upgrade industrial one (due to outpost research not this mod) then it says "! All".
This is a very promising mod! If he only collected the resources he has on the planet, it would be perfect. But when he collects them all, he has a small space problem, as he doesn't collect the same amount from everyone, he collects some more and others less. The collector's storage space is small and when it transfers to other containers, it produces them in the same quantity, lacking some other resources that do not have time to be collected. If you could increase the storage capacity or set a standard for the amount collected, I think it would solve the problem.
Hello, the mod works great, but I find it a bit unfortunate that it produces all resources. It would be great if it only produced the resources available on the planet and not all of them.
Hey, glad to know it still works. I hear you, but doing that would require scripting skills that I don't have unfortunately! I'm sure someone will do it eventually, prolly when the CK's out, it will most likely attract more modders.
I am also looking forward to the Creation Kit and hope that it will be released soon. Maybe I will try my hand at it myself. According to Bethesda, it should be possible to create entire planets. I'm curious to see when we might have a Tamriel planet in Starfield. ^^
so i thought this wasn't working but it is, if you look at the pictures which is what helped me, you now have 2 variants to your extractors. the single vanilla extractor version and variant 2 the extract all version. also i had an issue where they didn't pump, i realized it was because i have a infinite storage space mod/bat on the unit i had connected. as soon as i made a new one without the modded capacity and linked it KERPLUNK. it ran right up extracting. hope this helps anyone stuck like was.kool mod op.
