And it seems it helps a bit removing the kind of stutter i have.. However when iam on a planet surface and run arround among many creatures, i get every few seconds nasty framestutter !!
Even though iam on an decent high end pc (specs below), i get an huge frametime spike now and then at wich i experience that nast shake when turning camera especially!
Watch the tube to give you an idea what i mean. and pay attention to the frametimes in the upper left corener of the screen.. when that happends , it ruins fluid framerate motion !!
Is there any kind of mod that gets rid of that totaly, or is that something for the developers to work out ?
I get that too after turning Particles up to high from medium on planets with whether effects. Its called hitching and can be caused by things taking too long to load onto the HDD/SDD or from the CPU not keeping up when loading in objects. Only real fix other than a hardware upgrade is to lower some settings unfortunately, or hope Bethesda optimizes the game better.
thats so true, i have a decent PC rig as well, and i have to tweaking tons of stuff to get rid of stuttering, i had very bad 0.1% low frame stutter as OP mentioned in RDR2, i got 200+ fps ,160 avg fps, and 33 fps before fix(4K gaming) it just horrbile stuter..hitching or spike, .there is a anti-stutter fix in RDR2 which fixed memory pool size, not sure its Vram or Ram, but it eliminated stutter for me in RDR2, low 0.1% goes to 100-128 fps!! so i think there are still some optimizations needed to be done by dev or those intelligent modders like you. its not about setting actually, its all about scheduling. win 11 and win 10 are half-a$$ed tweaked in my personal opinion, and games now days are ridicous when it comes to optimization. i really miss those old day where u open a game and its already the best shape,.

try use Nvdia inspector, set resizable bar for the game, the first one should set to enabled, second one should set to 00001000 (only option), and third one should set to 0000060000 instead of suggested 000004000.
this may sound confusing, but as soon as you get nvdia inspector setting, and u see rBar options, it will make sense.
Running into an error installing the latest version of this mod. It's telling me that this .dll file requires an updated address library. As far as I know, address library HAS been updated for version 1.9.67 of Starfield, which I have both currently installed.
It says specifically that this mod fails to load and that I need to update address library. I updated to the most recent version as of Feb 23rd that supports this version of Starfield. Is there something I am missing?
EDIT: I want to clarify that I had this working before for quite some time back in November. I had to full wipe my SSD (for other reasons) and Starfield updated a couple times between then and now. But now after reinstalling everything to the latest version, it no work. I don't know why it would be saying that address library needs to be updated.

EDIT: Also with 1.8.88, no issues.
