Version 3.011 but hopefullly fixes the infinite load on new game.

Version 4.0 Fixes what 3.011 was supposed to fix with the ESM, fixes navmesh in 3 and 4 deck stair cases and DerreTech inspired cockpits, adds 5 and 6 deck elevators. Improved snap points, adds ramp toppers, lighting improvements, ect.

Version 4.01, fixes the missing signs in the decoration menu of the outpost builder, adds 3 and 4 deck elevators and a new no logo version of my glass crosshab, also changed how Cargo Bays work read changelog prior to updating.
