I initially downloaded Ship Storage Multiplied today, and then I spotted it was an ESP which just scared me! I'd heard xEdit is useable now, so thought I'd take a look for myself, and a couple of hours later here we are.
@TroyIrving - if you want to make the esm available here and take ownership, I'm more than happy to go with that. Thank you for proving the idea was possible! Inspired me to install xEdit and take a look for myself.
imho a musthave - still working on 1.7.36 but seems kinda unstable. Not all Cargo-units are affected (only most) - cockpits and bridges also aren't.
Perhaps the mod could benefit from an update, possibly a modular one with variable size-multipliers for Mod Organizer. Thank you
PS: to techman3 - most dont want to just use a cheat for that because it totally takes the immersion here and makes the ship builder totally useless. So at least i prefer to define Cargo space with the existing modded cargo modules.
I wish there was a way to make cargo bays light on mass but increase as they fill up. Only issue would be, if you land on a planet and then fill a ship with loot, making it too heavy to be flyable.
you can easily increase your ships cargo to any size you wish without a mod (no offense to mod author), just launch your ship into orbit and go to third person, open console and click on your ship to get ship ID then type in console MODAV.CARRYWEIGHT ### (# being any number you wish). basically the same console code you would use to increase you characters inventory, Ive used this cheat in all beth games due to the amount of collecting your constantly doing and never have the room in your inventory. set my personal ship to 10000 without any problems...
All mods are working now. For the sTestFile2=xatmosPerkUpVendors.esp (vendor do have 3x the money) you have to sleep 2 nights) // I am playing on xbox game pass
I've been using this mod for a couple days and it was working the first couple days I installed it but, when I got on the next day my game now couldn't read the ShipCargoStorage.esp and it's the only esp the game is not reading.

This is currently what I have under my [General], and I even tried placing the ShipCargoStorage.esp in the Starfield.ini in hopes that would fix it like others have stated, but unfortunately there was no luck. I can't load my saves without this esp reading properly. Can anyone by chance offer any other suggestions on how to fix this? I don't want to start all the way over but it's looking like I just might have to. I am using Vortex for these mods as well and have no error messages being read atm.
EDIT: So I believe I found the fix! in Starfield/Data I found a crafting.ini that had my sTestFiles copied wrong.
For some reason it had doubled the xatmosPerkUpVendor.esp and deleted the ShipCargoStorage.esp. If this happeneded for you too, just add the esp back in and you should be all set :)

I also added "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" in the starfield.ini / Not sure whether this is needed for all mods
