I have been unable to find a proper list of all patrols in the game, which was kind of annoying since there is no way to tell ingame if a system has a patrol available or not other than flying to it. So I made one myself.
I went to each system currently in the game and noted if there was a patrol there. If so, I added a brief recap, any miscellaneous information and the rewards it gives (usually just Skill Points and Expertise, but occasionally also Dilithium or Reputation Marks). I did this on a FED character though, but as far as I know, there are no patrols available for KDF characters other than those in the Delta Quadrant anyway.
