Lastly; thank you to everyone who has supported and shown so much love for my work this year. 2024 was personally very tough for me but thankfully making mods for all of you and seeing how much you guys enjoy them has made those tough moments much more bearable x
This will be my last major audio mod for 2024; ik theres a bunch of SW projects on the horizon like Andor and all that so I will defo be back! Cal just seems the perfect mod to finish the year on a positive note :3
I'll see you all in 2025, hopefully with more projects from a galaxy far, far away...
Dude, you're so good at making these audio mods. Any tips on how you make them? Thank you in advance and I can't wait to see what you come up with next year! :D
TBH its a lot of trial and error! But I've been doing this for so long now I've just gotten much better from practice :), trick is mostly having all audio round the same volume, and picking lines which you can cleverly fit into the context of Battlefront 2 from abilities and interactions etcc
I can work with all that, as I figured out how to import the custom audio over the original. Though my one issue is getting it to work without the game either crashing or being unable to play the audio I imported. I tried using Frosty Editor and tried to match the custom audio's Hz.
Use 1.0.5.9 frosty sound import, all the other versions crash and dont work; when importing any audio, right click the line that says 'soundwave asset' on the rigght side of the screen if its there and set it to 'null' doing these will mean the game never crashes when you change audio :)
goated bro thanks! In the future please consider making a starkiller audio overhaull for vader and kylo (preferably vader, since kylo ones already exist) tysm!
