Aran Tal Offline Weapon and Ability
includes:
*Dual Blaster Pistols
*Flamethrower (Right Ability)
*ARC Frontend Animation
Sometimes after using the Flamethrower, the Dual Blaster will go into a two-handed animation, but using the Flamethrower again will fix this.

More accurate Weapon SFX
Weapon performance adjustment
The weapon was a bit OP, so I nerfed the damage to bring it closer to vanilla hero DPS standards.
Also, Concussion Rocket direct damage went from 200 to 160.
