Good day everyone!
I have been messing with the game's ini quite a bit on PC. I've landed on a version that significantly improves performance and attempts to eliminate ALL STUTTERING and FPS DIPS! The goal of this mod is just to really make this game enjoyable and playable for all on PC
This file is located here: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\SwGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Open the file and replace the contents with the contents of the mod.
After replacing and saving, right click the GameUserSetting.ini, select properties and set it to read-only to prevent the game from writing to it again.
(NOTE)Currently the r.Streaming.PoolSize=10000 in the file is set to 10gb, which is fine for a GPU with 10gb of vram .If your gpu has 8gb of VRAM for instance, set this value to 8000 or if you have 4gb of vram on your gpu then set it to 4000 etc.These changes makes the game buttery smooth with minimal stutterin
Also change these to your desired resolution

DesiredScreenWidth=2560
DesiredScreenHeight=1440
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=2560

Another NOTE
All my in-game settings are set to Epic.
I have noticed considerable issues when setting shadows for instance to anything other than epic, so this must be kept in mind
