This happened to me yesterday, sort of. The game crashed while I was in Greez's basement, and when I got back in I was trapped there. Neither the door to the kitchen nor the door outside would open. When I tried going into the smugglers' tunnel, the map at the end of the entrance tunnel was not loaded and I could see through to the sky outside. It took several more attempts closing the game and reloading the same but eventually I was able to get outside the basement into the main map and that seems to have fixed everything.
