Forget about the file I uploaded, is graphic settings.cfg but use your own file!
I fixed a problem were if u enabled DLSS u can't enable VSYNC, well when u edit that file "graphic settings.cfg" if u go down till the final you'll see the options Frame Generation and Frame Limiter are enabled, that's a bug and thanks to that video I solved it, you just need to edit and change "true" to "false", so I write it here to let other people fix it if they need.
1. Go to documents/my games/outlaws 2. Edit the file "graphic settings.cfg" 3. Then scroll down till the final of the document and edit "frameGeneration" and "maxFramerate" maybe you have it enabled, so you just need to change "true" to "false" 4. When you end up, save and close it, then right click on the file, go to properties and put it as "only read".
