I can not access your mod file and im wandering if you can tell me how to disable v sync or anything else in the file that could give me more fps in the game
I don't see any problem while running both DLSS and Frame Generation, also when I toggle Frame Gen off the FPS drops and goes back up when FG is enabled, so I'm sure it's working properly. Why should I set Frame Gen to false when I actually WANT to use it?
It's also worth mentioning that enabling both V-Sync and Frame Gen at the same time brakes the game and makes performance go to s#*!, so that's definitely not something anyone would want.
Well, a lot of people was confused on why u can't enable VSYNC and it's grey while Fram Generation is OFF and grey too, so I found that solution to those people, I've a RTX4080 and I7-13700k so I don't need it, but I was testing and wanting to help, you know maybe that's a little bug on graphic settings. Or maybe some people just don't want their computer overheating too much hahaha
45-58fps was my performance ULTRA, RT on and 4K with DLSS Quality.
I think disabling VSync with FG on is what it was designed to do. It's not just specific to this game. But any other game with FG turned on will always turn off VSync.
I'm guessing it's because FG itself overrides VSync since it will always slot in the generated frames to bring it to the monitor refresh rate in the first place. VSync is about limiting frames, while FG is about adding frames. Having both on would place them against each other and making it worse.
