I think the Bison update broke this. Re-read archives and reinstalled with Fluffy, but it isn't working. I hope you'll consider updating it, but I know repeat work sucks. Either way I greatly appreciated using it during the Akuma patch!
Unfortunately not working for me. I extracted the files like you said, put the folder in the /mods folder will all of my other mods, then enabled in the misc section of Fluffy Mod Manager. I still get the vocals.
Yes, some people get extremely bothered by hearing the same exact lines/vocals repeatedly. Especially in a context like this it can be super distracting and annoying, really unfortunate decision to put it in places that players will encounter constantly.
