This is the first act of The Red Plague mod, a large story-driven mod that intends to entirely change the experience of Subnautica into something more horror-oriented. It has been around a year in the making with plenty that is still being worked on in secret. We hope you enjoy this preview of what is to come. While this mod is based on the YouTube series by Anthomnia, it doesn't have the same story

The story begins as soon as you repair the Radio.
MOD INCOMPATIBILITIES:
The Red Plague does not work with the Advanced Inventory mod.
Installation (Automatic)
You can use the Mod Manager to automatically install mods. If you decide to use it, simply place the downloaded file into the ModDownloads folder and press Install in the in-game mod menu. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL DEPENDENCIES!
You can also use Vortex to automatically install this mod.
Installation (Manual)
- If you haven’t already, download and install the Subnautica BepInEx Pack and all other dependencies.
- Download the latest version of this mod.
- Open the zip file, copy the "TheRedPlague" folder within, and paste it into the plugins folder.
- Alternatively, just extract the zip contents into your plugins folder, though this could lead to inconsistent folder structures.
