Nautilus and SMLHelper are incompatible and cause up to and including save corruption when installed together. (Not every time but enough to be worrying) So I have made the decision that any mod of mine that uses Nautilus will not load when SMLHelper is installed.
Also Nautilus is the Replacement for SMLHelper and when Nautilus 1.0.1 releases we will be removing SMLHelper support for 2.0 completely meaning all mod makers need to update their mods to Nautilus.
I ran into a softlock where I opened the portable locker to check which inventory it had, and then I tried to drop it while its inventory was open. I am now unable to get out of my pda view. saving and quitting to relog back in did not work for me, does any one know a workaround to this. I am trying not to use console commands or trying to die.
Thanks for this awesome mod. Any chance you can add button remapping so that I can use the controller to open inventory?
Also, once we open the bag, there seems to be no way to go back to your main inventory except to completely back out of inventory with the B button. Perhaps there's a way to do that?
This is one of my favourite mods, thank you for keeping it alive! I have a question: would it be possible to rename the carry-alls? Once they are in the inventory it is very easy to get mixed up with which one is what. I use one for batteries and one for food, and when you add other carry-alls to the inventory it becomes a bit frustrating. Also I agree with Xunnamius, changing the key to open them would be great. MMB is hard on my mouse.
Indeed. I would like a little popup grid box that previews the contents, or if it just says the first item inside.
Reminds me of trying to sort clean fish, infected fish, hero peeepers. >_> You have to hotkey and hold out every individual fish to check which is which, and remember where it is in the inventory to tranfer it, and then every other identical fish icon shifts places...
Yes, you can craft these bags with deco mod fabricator. Yes, you can put bags inside of bags, inside of bags, etc. Yes, you can use CC3 to make bags take up 1x1 space. = Yes, you can use this and that as in improvise replacement for MoreIngotsHoardersEdition (not compatable with CC3).
Thanks for this! This mod is great, especially for deathrun when you're seamoth-less for quite a while. And it's not really unfair either, since the time required to access nested storage scales (perhaps exponentially lmao) with each nesting level and spending any amount of time in your PDA while outside is a great way to get mauled.
My only wish: the ability to choose a different button for opening the storage in inventory. I remapped middle-click to trigger a quick slot.
Also: the mod still says "Pickup Full Carry-alls" in the mod config, which confused me for a moment.
Because this mod is marked as incompatible with SMLHelper, I'm unable to use Customized Storage 2.0 because it requires SMLHelper. Can you recommend any solutions or do I just have to pick one or the other?
Nautilus is the replacement for SMLHelper and they do NOT work properly together. While they used to be able to load together they have NEVER properly worked when both are installed and as of pre22 of Nautilus we decided that we would no longer try to fix them to be compatible as SMLHelper was supposed to have died with legacy.
We came to this decision because of the sheer massive numbers of people that were showing up with corrupted saves that were caused by having both Nautilus and SMLHelper installed and running almost identical patches on a lot of things and was not just some arbitrary choice.

RL threw me some serious curve balls I had to Dodge.
My middle mouse button doesn't work so I have to drop whatever bag i have in my inventory to open it, It's really inconvenient.
Thanks!
