Does this mod work with de-extinction?

It only applies to Ghost, Reaper, and Sea Dragon Leviathans.

      I spoke too soon.

It actually works with any Creature that does "Attack" or "Aggressive" or "Grab" actions.

Hello! Been using your mod for some time now and it's great! Finally I'm able to read some lore. However, I recently discovered a problem: Boneshark seems to ignore the maxed stealth module (on seamoth, I don't know about crab costume). The mod has been updated to the latest version btw (and I'm too scared to test this issue on Reapers, sorry,,,)

Hi, thanks for the comments! I'm glad you like it! 😄

Does the Boneshark attack the seamoth while you're inside it?

Currently the upgrade only works if you're inside the vehicle, but I've been meaning to make it work even when you're not inside it.

I pushed a new update today that makes the stealth module effective even when you are not around the vehicle. If that was your issue with the bone sharks, it should be fixed now 🙂

Seems like Bonesharks don't want to chomp my seamoth anymore! Thank you!!!

I crafted the first module and it won't let me put it into my seamoth, the module slot turns red

Make sure you craft the right version of the module. You might have crafted the one for VF vehicles. Look for the Seamoth tab in the fabricator!

    More awesome updates Mikjaw!

This also needs to make vehicles with this installed not be messed with when parked and/or not piloted (beyond the tweak mod settings).
In particular I am referring to The Red Plagues antics, lol.  If you know, you know...

    Thanks again Mikjaw!
    Keep up the great work.

      Thank you!

And I see your point. I'll see what I can do about that.

      Cheers!

Hey, today's update makes that change! Your vehicles will still be protected by their stealth module even when parked and/or not piloted.

      Cheers!

Hehehehe no more Silence or garg combo with this one. Though...I dont know why, but for some reason, my cyclops geeks out every once in awhile. like it starts violently shaking and decides to float into the heavens. Ill check if its any other mod, but ill let you know what i find!

      Turns out the silence is immune to the mod, and my cyclops got cooked ;sad;

Today's update extends the stealth module's protection to grab-type actions, so I think you should be protected from the Silence now.

I can't see any of the modules in the modification station, I've tried reinstalling and updating everything but I still don't see them, I can spawn them in and install them in vehicles but I cant see them to craft them

Check out the images on this page. They've been moved to a new fabricator!

Sorry for the stupid question, but how can I translate mods if you don't know where to start? I don't have any experience at all, but how can I do it.

Some mods provide "localization files," which can be translated into the language of your choice. A localization file basically takes a name and maps it to a translated string. Like "Description = This is a stealth module" or something like that. I haven't provided localization files for this mod, but because it uses Vehicle Framework, it's primed for localization. If you want, you can send me your translations and I'll include them in the next update.

Yo I found an issue where if I am next to multiple leviathans the distance thing just overlaps and I can't see how far they are

Is 2.0.2 the most up-to-date version that can be used without VF? Also, is there any plans to include any of the 3.0 new features in a version that does not require VF?

Yes, 2.0.2 is the latest version that doesn't require VF.
No, there's no plan to keep maintaining this without VF.

OK. Thank you for the reply! I guess I am stuck with 2.0.2 then.

Just curious: what's keeping you from using VF?

Try updating Vehicle Framework, Nautilus, and the BepInEx pack.
