Boosts my workers in a way that feels fair and vanilla. I did bump the numbers up a bit since I wanted them boosted more often than not (from 10% to 20% on stockers, and 10% to 50% on customer helpers).
I am using this mod because the Employee Training Program mod no longer works. This mod is great because it speeds up the restocking process while retaining the vanilla feel! The one regret I have is that I do not get the boost when the restocker trashes the box. If I wanted, it would be very useful if the boost was automatically fully charged (or set to a specified value) every morning.
If what you want is a permanent boost or a very durable one, you can try the Longer boosts mod. You could also try Batch boosting, with that you can boost all your workers with hotkeys. If you want to fully charge them, hold Left shift when boosting them.
