    ALWAYS SHARE THE FULL LOG FILE found at Supermarket Simulator > BepInEx > LogOutput.log. Upload it publicly to GitHub Gist, pastebin, Google Drive or similar - don't copy and paste its contents into your post as this is hard to read. If you only share parts of the log file, you are very likely to miss out important details and waste both of our time. If it's very large and full of repeated content then simply generate a fresh one by relaunching the game and quitting to desktop shortly thereafter. If it's still large at that point, share it anyway.

    If you can't find the log file, it is very likely you haven't installed BepInEx correctly and you should first make sure to re-read the instructions carefully. If you are confused about something in the instructions, feel free to ask for clarifications.

    I think this mod needs to be updated, I tried installing mods and they don't work anymore.

      This BepInEx pack is confirmed to be working fine, and I am not going to fix something that is not broken.

      This BepInEx pack only needs to be updated when the game engine itself changes, which it has not. The game updates change game code and assets, and mods which depend on those things must sometimes be updated to be compatible with those changes. This BepInEx pack depends on none of those things - only on the Unity game engine which the game runs on - and as such, does not need an update every time the game updates. This pack does not break when the game's code or assets change - unless of course the game developer decides to try and do something malicious. But otherwise, it can only be broken by a change to the game engine itself.

      It has been thoroughly tested, and the mod loader is still working and still injecting mods into the game as expected. But if those mods have not been updated by their respective authors to be compatible with the code and asset changes of the game each update, they simply won't work even if this pack is working perfectly - which it is.

      But don't just take my word for it, I'm sure you know better than I do. Join the discord server and ask around, find out for yourself.

      It sounds like a mod you are using has a bug. You have not provided sufficient information for me to determine which mod, so all I can suggest is you use trial and error to determine which mod is buggy, and then contact the author of that mod.

      If you provide a log file as instructed in the sticky note at the top of this page I might be able to help further, but otherwise not.

    Can you made same for android also or will it work on android?

      The game isn't on android. That's a knock off, not the same game. So even if we did get this working, you wouldn't be able to use the same mods anyway, because it's a different game by different people.

    Not sure iff this is related to your mod. But before the last update i was able to use F1 and change my mods like the amount of money you get for boxes in treasure trash. Maybe you know what mod that was?

    Hi. the modification doesn't work, it crashes at the very beginning when I start the game, I don't have any other mods

      This mod has no connection to this pack. It is not a BepInEx nor a MelonLoader mod, instead it is a mod which replaces the files of the game. This means that each version of that mod is only compatible with the exact version of the game it was made for, and will not work for any others. Make sure you have the correct version and if it is not working, it is for the author of that mod to solve.

      in my opinion this mod doesn't work, I did as in the instructions, I also installed another mod and it doesn't work. yesterday it worked fine but today it doesn't

      What is the other mod? Do you have a log file you can share? Screenshots of your game folder?

      This pack is confirmed as working. Install this pack and Sprintaholic, you will see it is working. The issue is the other mods need to be updated since the game itself was updated and it broke many mods - but not this pack. This pack still loads, and it still injects mods into the game. But those mods it injects have to be compatible with the game code and assets, or they will not work regardless. If the game code and assets have changed - as they did yesterday and the day before - then the mods that have broken need to be updated. 

      I have been doing this for many years and multiple Unity games. This is normal and you must be patient and listen to the people with experience who are trying to help you, or you will only frustrate yourself.

    I can actually confirm. This mod does need to be updated. I am suddenly unable to place products on the shelf. I did a test with no mods and it worked. Then I did a test with only this installed and had the same issue.

      I have also tested with just this pack installed, and can place products on shelves just fine. And literally nobody in our modding discord has reported any such issue... So, most likely, this is an issue on your end. It might not be, but that's the most likely scenario.

      So, send a log file from when you experienced the issue. No log file, no fix. Read the sticky note at the top of this page for instructions on how. But it needs to be a log file from where the incident you report actually transpired. I can't be chasing shadows.

      Your save file might also be helpful. To find it, press Win+R and paste the following: %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Nokta Games\Supermarket Simulator
      Upload the whole folder to Google Drive or something.

    im thinking this mod needs updated none of the mods work anymore

      No, there are mods that work still. It's just the mods that were broken by the update itself that need to be updated - which are many because the update was very big and changed a lot of the game code, but it did not break compatibility with BepInEx 5.4. As such, this pack is still working just fine. If you go and install this pack and for example the mod Sprintaholic, you will see that it is working fine - because the BepInEx mod loader is still injecting mods into the game, it's all still working.

      The problem is that some mods rely on parts of the game that have been changed, and those mods need to be updated to be compatible with those changes. Completely out of my control. You must look at the mods which are not working and ask them to update, I cannot fix the problem.

      the texture replacer stopped working the more product mod stopped too i even updated them and reinstalled them and they still don't work there a few that does and alot of them don't i will go through them all and message the people and tell them they are not working

      Yes indeed, anything that has stopped working from the update needs to be updated by the author of the mods, and until they have been, there is nothing you or I can do except let them know, and keep an eye out for updates.

      It was a very large update so it is only natural that it breaks many mods.

      Just be patient, this always happens when they release a game update: for a few days it is a little chaotic while mods get updated, but then it settles down and becomes business as usual. We are just in the middle of the chaos right now. Especially as the game just released another small update a few hours ago, which broke some more mods again...

    Ciao a tutti, ho un problema, vado ad avviare il gioco normalmente e parte tranquillamente ma al momento che devo riporre i prodotti sugli scaffali non me li mette. Vado ad aprire il file di configurazione doorstop_config e modifico l'unica stringa (# Enabled doorstop? ) true in false e quando rivado ad iniziare il gioco me li mette a posto però le mod non mi funzionano. Cosa potrebbe essere? potete aiutarmi? Grazie.

      There is no need for this pack to be updated KingofFire - you will see this is true in a few days when the mods which stopped working have updated to work, and yet this pack did not get an update

      Just like with the last game update, and the game update before that, and before that...

      Manu: The issue you're having is the game was recently updated, and the more complicated mods which interface directly with the game code (which has changed) have stopped working. They will get updated by their respective authors, and then continue to work again. You must check their mod pages for updates and update when applicable. Thanks 🌹

    Since the supermarket simulator updated today, I wonder if this mod will need to be updated too?

      Nope, still working fine. The mod loader only needs to be updated if they change the game engine itself - which they have not. However, because the game code and assets have changed significantly, some mods which rely on the game code and assets will need to be updated, but some will not - it really depends on what parts of the code they relied on, because not everything changed.

      For example, Sprintaholic (which is loaded into the game by this pack) is still working just fine after the update

      the longer the update has been out there is issues popping up all over some people are having the game crashing just installing this please look into correcting yourself before speaking

      I did not say that all mods are working fine - any time a large update comes out many mods break, this is the nature of how things work and is not under my control. But this pack itself is still doing its job correctly: it injects mods into the game. Whether those mods work or not is another matter entirely, and is not controlled by this mod loader. It is controlled by the authors of those mods. If even a single mod for the game is injected into the game and works correctly, this pack is doing it's job perfectly. And if you download just this pack and the mod Sprintaholic and run the game with just those installed, you will find Sprintaholic is working fine, meaning this pack has managed to inject it into the game, and is therefore working perfectly. Other mods may not be working - because those mods relied on parts of the game which have been changed, and their authors must now update to be compatible with those changes. This pack cannot fix that for them.

      I promise you, any mod issues you are having from the game update have nothing to do with this pack. The mod loader simply loads mods, it is a foot in the door for their code to execute. It is each mod author's own responsibility to keep their mods updated when the game code changes - something else I have no control over. But the mod loader itself rarely needs updates, only when the game engine itself is changed - which it hasn't been. Its code has changed, its assets have changed, but its engine remains compatible with BepInEx 5.4.

      Where are the reports of the game crashing with only this pack installed? They have not been reported here or in the discord.

      Just as with the last update, and the update before that, and the update before that:
      The update comes out. I download it and test it with this pack. I test it with a simple mod that does not rely on game code. If this is working there is no need for this pack to be updated - because this pack does not touch any game code and it simply injects mods into the game. I test it with a simple mod which does rely on game code. If that mod is working then I am done. If it is not, then I update that mod, as should any mod author whose mods don't work anymore, and then I am done.

      But don't trust the developer with literal years of experience using BepInEx to mod multiple games, he has no idea what he is talking about 🙃

    i want to let you know that i am having some lagging issues when i have the Bepinex running in the background is there a way to fix that?

      The recent Supermarket Simulator update which added Restockers has a known issue causing lag, and they have put out a hotfix to resolve it 2 and a half hours ago. Check Supermarket Simulator's announcements via Steam or Discord for info.

      So, most likely, this is just a coincidence with the lag introduced by the Restockers update of Supermarket Simulator (v0.1.2). However, I will investigate to confirm.

      i was also having stuttering using this mod as of yesterday. nearly every 5-10 seconds my game would hang. i have not tried it as of the most recent hotfix, but removing this BepInEx mod fixed all of the stuttering for me.

      Aha, I found the issue. It's not BepInEx itself, but the BepInEx configuration shipped with this pack.

      Since the restockers update, every few seconds your hired restockers look through everything in the store to check if there is anything they can restock. When they do this, the game prints a bunch of log messages about it, probably for the developers for troubleshooting/debugging.

      Since the BepInEx configuration has both Logging.UnityLogListening and Logging.Console.Enabled set to true, when these logs are made by the game, they are also sent to the console, and this causes a stutter when so many logs are printed at once.

      I would expect these excessive logs to be removed by the devs once they're happy with how it's working, but in the meantime, yeah the
      configuration I shipped with the pack is causing a stutter every now and then once you hire restockers.

      I will soon release an update with this addressed, but in the meantime you can resolve this by either disabling the console, or disable the unity log listening, or both, by editing the file BepInEx/config/BepInEx.cfg and setting the value of either (or both) of the above mentioned settings to false, then reloading the game.

      Apologies for the inconvenience!

      I'll look into it but it's more likely the mods themselves aren't working, because they interact directly with the game code to function. This pack does not, it only relies on the Unity game engine itself. So unless that has changed, the mod loader should still be working, but the mods themselves will need to be updated to continue functioning.

      Yeah, I did some testing and this pack is still working just fine, loading other mods just fine. So your issue is with those other mods which have been broken by the update

      For example, Sprintaholic (which is loaded into the game by this pack) is still working just fine after the update

    DO NOT USE CROWD CONTROL WITH THIS MOD MANAGER!

    I tried using Crowd Control with the Bepinex mod manager and whenever I install the Crowd Control mod to this game, not only does it make all my other mods not work, but it actually DELETES the BepinEx folder entirely! I haven't figured out why it does this, so please someone let me know. Thank you!
