I'm uncertain of the mechanics of the game but I'm curious. I got a couple comics 6 over time and put them out and now that I've run out of them I'm getting customers coming in asking after it when I don't have it even the shop level for it unlocked yet. If the NPC are asking and not finding the item does it negatively effect the store? I checked the days they asked for the things and they don't review bomb for it. is it something to worry about? I thought you could limit the rewards to unlocked items in that case but honestly I love the random bonuses that can be beyond my current store level.
Thank you for the mod I'm really enjoying it and the RP potential it gave me to start the game opening all my packs rather than stocking them and then trying to get the store going using the meager money I had left from recycling the boxes and maybe a random recycling reward to get the store going.
Thank you for your kind words! I’ve encountered this issue myself, even without the mod, when I had items unlocked but hadn’t purchased the license. I'm not entirely sure how it's calculated, but perhaps once the item is received, the game "thinks" it should be unlocked, causing customers to start requesting it? It could also be an intended game mechanic. From what I know, it shouldn't negatively affect your store, and the same goes for bad customer reviews. If it becomes problematic or annoying, I can limit rewards to only those that are unlocked. However, I think that receiving rewards for items not yet unlocked adds an exciting feature!
Good mod Good headstart for early but doesn't feel too unfair and the bonus gradually decreasing after you started buying bigger boxes A little suggestion since you changed the bonus into discount, a current discount counter would be great
Thanks for the suggestion! The main issue is that displaying the discount (e.g., 22,000 - discount% = new price) makes the shop price UI too crowded. Without showing the final price, players might not know what they’re actually paying. To keep things clean, I decided to show only the final price. However, if you’d like to check your current discount, you can enable the logs to view it. And if you have any other ideas on how to display it, I’m open to suggestions!
I'm interested in this mod but without more detailed description and images I'll pass for now and focus on other mods. Please consider adding more images and a full description of what this mod does, including HOW to recycle. For example, do I just click on the boxes? Or is there a recycle bin located somewhere? What are the rewards and how do we get them? Not trying to be rude or anything and I hope you consider this useful feedback.

To recycle boxes, simply throw them away as you normally would using the game’s original trash bin. Possible rewards include anything available from the store page. Rewards are received just like when you buy items from the store, placed on the sidewalk outside of the shop.

I want to add, this is not game breaking in any way as when you get an item as a reward, you just get a single item of some kind. Just a nice bonus for throwing boxes away. You can turn off the bonus for boxes you don't throw away yourself (aka employees throw away). 5xp per box really isn't too bad, and the money is minimal at best. More feel good if anything, probably more helpful to beginners vs experienced players.
This is awesome, but I would love a simple addon that would automatically recycle empty open boxes on the floor. I open packs and it create a massive mess.
The mod AutoOpenPack v1.1.1 has now this feature. It's new from today and really hits the spot for this. This mod on the other hand is an other good tool for those who like to manually recycle their boxes.
Good suggestion, Unfortunately after much thinking I don't think it would be possible for the following reasons.
1. Due to needing to click the trash can to throw items away and be holding a box for it to be possible(which makes it limited to 1 box).
2. With the current way the mod works throwing away large amounts of boxes could cause a lot of wait time due to items spawning and giving exp/money and without the rewards it would just be a remover.
3. If a box accidentally gets thrown away with an item in it a confirmation screen pops up with a warning(kind of annoying would cause problems when throwing away tons of boxes).
4. If I had to guess AutoOpenPack v1.1.1 destroys the boxes which works differently.
I think both mods do separate things and its up to user preference, If too many boxes pile up AutoOpenPack v1.1.1 is also a great choice!
The only way to trash 100 boxes automatically would require a mod, which ties to a game issue. This mod is just an addition for if you choose to do it manually.

I have a curiosity though. Does it work for employees too? I saw that you get the XP and money, but can you also get items when the stocker throws away the boxes?
Yes, you can enable or disable the feature for workers or employees using the "Workers:" config option. The hidden item feature is available for both the player and the employees. if disabled, only the player will receive rewards when throwing away boxes. Be sure to check the description for other config options as well. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!
Is it possible to add more rewards like the following? additional Customers rewinding the time by 5 Minutes (if it's even possible) cards added to our collection (but good balanced to prevent high value cards to appear to fast/often)

Does the rewarded items spawn in new boxes on the sidewalk like they were bought boxes or do they get add to existing boxes of the same type inside the shop? When a product is spawned, will it be always 1 or can we get more? How many XP and money do we get? Is the amount set to be higher for larger boxes or does smaller boxes give the same amount? And is it possible to add an option to the Mod to change the values of XP and money in the Mod Manager?

Reward Balance: More rewards could be introduced, I want to avoid making the game feel too cheaty, as that is not the original intent.
Card Additions: I think adding cards could be beneficial however, there seems to be too many low-value cards. Perhaps maybe introducing cards with values ranging from 50 to 100 or a specified set value.
Box Spawning: Boxes should spawn on the sidewalk, same being purchased.

Exp and Money: Each box yields 5 exp and money rewards ranging from 1.00 to 5.00. Both types of boxes provide the same rewards.
