Speed multiplier now affects card pack pick up/put down speed
Added support for holding up to 64 card packs in hand.

- Added option to stop auto open at new cards (Show New Card must be enabled in settings)
- Fixed auto open keybind not working properly when a High value card was displayed
- Added keybind to delete all empty boxes (set to del key by default)
