   The instructions are very unclear. I honestly stopped wanting the mod while trying to install it.

      the instructions previously listed were super outdated and fairly standard for pre mod support. . 
      
      New version uses a simple framework that you enable and then a simple map you open. 
      
      All installation is now as simple as extracting this into your documents/teardown/mods folder.

      Technicals are included in  the map and their original version is also on nexus.
