   The phantom gain is confusing me and I'm not sure if it's working. placed it in the pak folder, and I have constantine equipped and upgraded at level 2, but i'm not noticing any new changes. Is it supposed to be like an infinite gauge or just be replenishable after use?

      supposed to fill up very quickly and\or fills up after using it to 100%
      
      try to unequip then equip the phantom and see if it works
