Can't get the game to load with this mod. The only distance mod that works is the "Extended_Animal_Render_Distance_CotW-2175916" separate mod file in the "Impressive Spawns Mod". https://www.nexusmods.com/thehuntercallofthewild/mods/30?tab=files
This mod breaks animal AI in the latest update. They will sometimes just stand around and not be phased that other animals are being shot at around them.
there has been an issue found when using this mod if you want to hunt the geese and ducks you need to disable this mod or they will not spawn we have tested this on 3 accounts and found the same as soon as you remove the mod and start the game they start to spawn put the launch option line back in they do not spawn again just wanted to point this out as i caused me and a few friends alot of frustration trying to hunt geese and ducks otherwise great mod thanks for the work you have put in
Yes, this mod will cause the new map to crash when loading in. The easiest way to fix it is to just remove the custom launch options in the steam game properties. But this will of course stop the mod from working and will mean you will be using the default render distance.
because somehow you screwed it up. Do it again. Make sure you have some sort of ZIP archive program, so you can "unzip" it. if you already do and are doing this, then for the life of me I have no idea what your issue is. You'd be better off making a video and/or uploading pictures showing us exactly what you are doing.

Havent removed it and tested it, just wanna ask if anyone knows if this mod is known for breaking new maps^^
When I download this mod the file opens in form of a pdf. Does anybody know why this is and how I can change it, so it is correct?
