Bro, can you teach me how to install the skin in the game? I put the skin folder in the modmanager but it wasn't in the game

      Well, only two steps:

      • Put the .zip file as it is in the mod manager folder.
      • Then, you make sure to activate the mod in the Mod Manager.

This retexture is not for the default green shirt outfit, but
the very last shirt that Joel wears in the game in the Hospital.

Could you also make some cool colors for Joel's backpacks?

Maybe black, gray, olive green, military, dark red. Each for all backpacks. I hope it's not too much work. It would be really cool!

And maybe for Ellie's backpacks too.

Well, that's actually a lot of retextures...
I can do it, sure, but just a few.
      What about green and black?

Also, there's something you have to keep in mind:

      Spoiler:
      Show

I tried modding Tess backpack once and it worked right in gameplay, but,
when they are packing their gear before going outside, the texture reverts back to default.
It seems that there are some objects like backpacks or clothing that have some
special animation that requires a quick model swap that uses a different texture.

The problem is that I can't find those type of texture on the files.
In fact, at least with the tools we have now, it seems that it's not possible
to acces every texture in the game. So, there are some things that can't be retextured.

So, I can do that, but keep in minf that it might be some moments in the game
where this happens. Testing is required. And I only can retexture what I can find.

      Okay, I see.

Well, if it's difficult, then it's okay if you can't do it. In the end, it should work without errors. I thought it would be as "easy" as with clothes. But maybe you'll find a solution.

Yes, green and black would be okay. But with the green, more toward olive green, not a bright green. And with the black, more of a washed-out black, with a slight grayish tinge. That would simply be more realistic.
