I was able to successfully circumvent the restrictions by actually displaying Japanese subtitles and UI, However, I could not solve the problem because only kanji, hiragana, and katakana characters were garbled with @ symbols even if I used Fluffy Mod Manager and placed them in the same path structure. I remember that I succeeded by replacing the font when the "@" was displayed, but the replaced font was not reflected or the characters were garbled. I would appreciate any solutions to this problem.
I suggest finding someone who has made mods to help out. I personally don't own the game, so I know very little about how the game assets are structured.
I uploaded a new version of the mod manager with an important fix that makes modification of mods ingame assets possible. People should make sure to upgrade if they don't have v3.006 already.
