   Please don't ask me about adding anything. It is THE DEV MENU which is built in the game's core codes. Adding something or removing is IMPOSSIBLE. So don't ask me or DM me please. I am sorry! I wish I could have added something. Even I want to add invisible mod. But I can't!

   Every Time I try and select TLOU 2 it says "Failed opening process. Likely due to lack of admin right" what do I do.

      run the game and load a save. when it's properly loaded, then open the Dev menu. it will automatically find your game

   I just heard about this from a Reddit poster, LazerHawk84. I was having awful stutters and game freezes every time I played. But he pointed out that under the Engine settings, there is a line that says "Enable Transition Anti-Stutter Mode"! I just played for 90 minutes with ZERO stutters!!! I can now enjoy this game, instead of constantly screaming at the screen! Thank you so much for sharing this dev menu!
