Please note: When running the RunMe batch file, if the install log isn't created and the Engine ini file is backed up but the new one isn't being added, try this: Double-click the RunMe batch file instead of right-clicking and choosing the "Run as Administrator" option. For more information, see the Description tab, or check out the ReadMe document on the Docs tab of this mod webpage.
Corrects the ReadMe document of each version to instruct players to *not* use the "Run as Administrator" option, but simply double-click the RunMe batch file to install or update the mod. These versions also have the same features and fixes of the previous versions.
Hey, these tweaks are pretty good and the game is running better for me, but I have a problem with interior lighting being a bit too bright/orange. Like this: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/524408613402312725/1127590018823762000/image.png
So sorry! It has been light years since I worked on this. I don’t have the answer for you. Have you tried the Nexus forum? Some really good people have helped me out there when I couldn’t figure something out.
while my performance has been greatly improved, when i go to my ship it is only loaded in parts, and only the closest ones to me, standing at the doorway i cant even see the workbench...is this normal?
This is kinda late but hope it helps other players: Open Engine.wow.ini, set "r.ViewDistanceScale" from 0.4 to 1.0 (the game's default), save it then rerun the RunMe.bat file, it should be fixed
How to remove the large font mod? Text have been bumping into each other and my settings have been ruined, showing only the left arrow and I cant adjust everything.
for steam : C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor i imagine just throwing the engine.ini in that folder and it should work. make sure you have a copy of the original file
I ran the batch file and when I looked in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor the Engine.ini had been copied and backed up. So, the batch file at least knows to look there. Now to test it and see if it really makes a difference.
how do I uninstall this mod on the Spacer's Choice Edition on the Epic Games store without reinstalling the whole game? I can't find the directory for the game's "Engine.ini" file anywhere
wow even this didnt fix the ludicrous frame stuttering in this game. i seriously am gonna refund this game if i cant do anything but wait for the devs to patch it, but its been 3ys so doubt they will
