1. Do Sentient Plumbots also become mindless with this?
2. How does this Mod affect Plumbots that have the Chips that let them fall in love, have emotions, or have fun without the Sentience Chip? Shouldn't these Plumbots also not be mindless?
3. Is there a way that a Steel Chef Plumbot can still randomly cook? I liked that feature.
4. Why is this an item that you install in the game instead of a Mod that alters Plumbot behavior?
This works great, thank you for uploading! I keep plumbots as maids in all my wealthy families, and I can’t imagine playing without this now. My only complaint (is minor) is the notifications. I don’t need to know that ‘Dial has idle in her queue’. There was also one (glitch?) instance where Dial’s power was very low and she kept cancelling my command to recharge at the ITF charging station, instead returning to the mat where she wasn’t charging. I had to switch off the plumbot controller to get her recharged. I’d also like to suggest putting this on Mod The Sims, it’s a site I check all the time and I think most players of the sims franchise keep a closer watch on it than Nexus. Again, thanks for this fantastic mod!
The only problem I have with this mod is the number of notifications I get about what my plumbot is doing. Almost like a debug mode is set and I get 20 notifications in a matter of 1 minute. Maybe it's something else in my game, but going to the Master Plumbot Comtroller and turning it off stops all of the notifications.
Wow... thanks for this mod. Like you, I too think that the simbots are way too much like regular sims. I can understand with the Sentient simbots, but the regular ones should be just like robots. Starting a new game now so haven't had a chance to get to the future yet, but I'll test it out soon and report back... endorsed!
