I want to make a follow up comment and inform you that I don't think that this mod works anymore. I'm still seeing random townies with chest and back hair. I did find a different mod that disables the body hair system for female Sims, but I've been struggling with the males. I'm still seeing a bunch of sasquatches walking around town and as of now, I'd just delete them from the game with MCCC because having to disable the body hair one by one in CAS instead of having a global switch is very much a tedious process. I hope at some point you'll be able to take a look and see what the problem is.
Hey, thanks for letting us know that it doesn't work anymore (if it's really the case). Unfortunately I'm not doing anything related to Sims anymore. Hopefully someone on the Internet has found a new solution for this. In any case, Sims 4 Studio can do a lot (including hiding stuff) and is fairly easy to use, so all I can do right now is to recommend playing around with this tool.
tzar, can you elaborate more about how you originally implemented this mod? That would be more helpful instead of telling users to do something they don't know how to do.
Any chance you'll also add arms to the mod? Every random townie my game generates has thick nasty looking lower arm hair too. It wouldn't have been so bad for male sims if it didn't look like a 2 year old child's crayon doodles, but they decided that every random female must have it too.

Basically it comes down to deselecting all categories/flags on unwanted models, so they don't appear in CAS or on random townies.
