First, you need a mod that uses it to open the menu.
Then, SHIFT+CLICK on Sim -> Configure Mod Settings.

I will join the previous comment. It also isn't working for me. Mod Menu does not appear when I click on the sim, despite cheats being on and having a mod that requires MSM. Community Library works, but this one doesn't. Any suggestions please? :(

Check that you properly installed that other mod.

You need a mod that has settings, otherwise you won't see this interaction.

Does this still work after the Sep 2024 EA update for Sims 4? Or does it need an update?

This mod will likely never need an update with how simple it is.

It only shows up if you ALSO have mods that use it. Otherwise it'd just be an empty menu anyways.

It still doesn't work bro, I've tried and correctly installed everything. I couldn't get the mod menu setting to work with custom gender settings (the mod I actually wanted to use in the first place) so I had to install the slider framework which was able to get it to show up when I shift click, but guess what? The option was greyed out and it said " Error occurred while running commonImmediateSuperInterraction 'S4MSM_Interaction_Open_Mod_Settings' on_test. -> AttributeError: type object 'Age'has no attribute 'INFANT' " line error or something.

Sounds like you need to update your Sims 4 game. That error is a rather old one when infants were introduced.

Hey man, I'm trying to go into the MSM to make custom sliders and when I click on "Configure Mod Settings", it acts like an Object Reset on all the Sims in my household and it doesn't bring up the Menu.
Granted, my game is heavily modded with custom sliders, but I'm looking to break it wildly. Is there any way you can give me a quick fix?

This was an error in the latest patch that caused all mods with scripted menus to break. TwistedMexi has a fix here that works for all mods:

Update Sims 4 Community Library. A fix was built into it.

Doesn't work even with your own mods, yes I posted on your Custom Gender Settings page for support. Latest version of game, and requirements installed.

Yo! I've scoured through previous comments of required mods, and this mod page, I've got all the requirements and add-ons installed, and installed correctly. However, I'm still not seeing Configure Mod Settings button pop up. Any clue what's going on? Any idea how to fix it?

    Appreciate the help.

If you installed any mods that utilize Mod Settings Menu, then I suggest you ask for support on their mod pages.

The mod is actually your mod, Custom Slider Framework.

      Thanks for the quick reply.
