This Hard-mode mod aims to make the game more challenging by increasing the overall speed of every rival in the game, while also giving the option to encourage more ethical racing, or rewarding bigger win streaks against the tougher rivals. The goal is not to make the game overly difficult or frustrating, but instead to balance things fairly and make it a bit more challenging than the classic TXR games. Current plans are to update this mod shortly after every official patch the game receives.
Main mod for buffing all rivals:
Xtra Xtreme -All bosses and wanderers had most of their performance parts increased by 1-2 levels on average, all other rivals were increased by 2-3 levels on average -All rivals had their maximum target speed increased by 20 km/h, and unlimited while they are behind you -All rivals will start gaining speed boosts if they fall too far behind, allowing them to make a comeback -Melancholic Angel's car has been reverted back to her pre-nerfed state, and for her 2nd battle her car's parts have all been set to the maximum level
Multiple add-ons are available, only pick one of these to customize your hard mode experience:
Xtra Combo -Rivals are now immune to collision damage at 90% SP remaining instead of at 25% -You will lose 2.5x more SP from collisions into walls or other cars -Win Streak payouts have been greatly increased at higher win counts. Example: up from 1.5x to 3x at 10 wins, and up from 2x to 10x at 20 wins -Doubles the payouts of the following activities: Drift, Near Miss, Just Accelerate, Long Run, First Attack, Reversal Attack

INSTALL: -Download and Extract "TXR-Hardmode" to this folder: [steam install folder]\steamapps\common\TokyoXtremeRacer\TokyoXtremeRacer\Content\Paks\ If done correctly, you'll see 3 new files in this folder named "Hardmode_P" ending in .pak .ucas and .utoc -Next, follow the same step shown above for whichever add-on you choose, but only install one add-on
UNINSTALL: -Delete the 3 "Hardmode_P" files from the same folder listed above, and for add-ons the 3 files will start with X, for example: "XCombo_P"
COMPATIBILITY: -Xtra Xtreme is not compatible with other mods that edit rivals -None of the add-ons are compatible with each other, or with other mods that edit prize money payouts, or SP collision damage
