Just copy files to game root.
In case there are problems delete dxgi.ini
for advanced options press CTLR+SHIFT+BACKSPACE
I assume that you are familiar with using SpecialK tool, so i will not post detailed info about it.
For basic use, just copy files to game root and play the game.
For NON STEAM games (Epic etc)
Try this
Open dxgi.ini (its located inside your game root folder and is auto created by specialK dxgi.dll)

Silent=false
and change to [Steam.Log]
Silent=true
In theory it should enable SK to work with non steam games.
