Hi! You didn't answer my previous comments, but I still tried to fix the angle and length in Blender, it's not perfect but passable enough, it no longer clips so much into her butt when holstered, is shorter in hands and has better hand placement.
The only thing I couldn't fix is the iconic folded stock not appearing. It's on model but never shows up in-game.
You must overwrite all files. You may have overwritten the 3 folder maybe? TR123R doesn't allow you to override weapons from other games, so you have to have the 1 folder installed correctly for the hand and holster models to work. It will replace the shotgun in all 3 games, so if you don't want to use it in TR1 and 2, you'll have to wait until you start TR3 before you install it.
If you only used the TR3 folder to install, the only models TR3 will have are GUN_OPTION (Menu model) and GUN_ITEM (when you find it on the ground), so that would technically be working correctly as intended.
Hey, can I make the reskin of this SPAS with TR1-2 colors? Also, are you planning on making a short barrel version or someone else needs to do it, if so, can you give permission to edit this model?
Second this. It has the same pistol grip and square backside as OG shotgun, just needs a silver skin and shorter barrel to be exactly like HD model of original Tomb Raider shotgun.
Finally someone took this detail into account with the TR 3 shotgun.I will download it as soon as it is more polished.Could you do the same with Larson's pistol, swapping it for his laser-sighted pistol, or for his revolver?

I also added missing TR2 Home model, but it has gloves on, I didn't replace the hands (better than having invisible gun, tho you might want to revert to vanilla shottie instead).
