A simple mod that changes the PAL (EU) variation of logos and cover arts (which appears in the main menu of all three games if you play in any language other than English) to the NTSC (US) variation or vice versa, changes the US variation to the EU one, depending on your preferences and selected language in the game!
Applies to both HD and OG graphics and, of course, to all three games
Installation: just copy everything with replacement from the folder with the variation you prefer to the main directory of the game
P.S. I didn't touch anything related to the Japanese variation in any of the mod options, if that matters
