Personally, I'm into female feet and I also like them to get a little dirty. But even I find this one here disgusting xD but it's realistic.
I just like naked female feet / soles in public. Because the foot fetish is further encouraged by the fact that it is rather unusual to walk barefoot in public. That can probably be said about many fetishes. I believe my foot fetish has always been there since I was a kid but I never saw it like this because I just didn't know until I became an adult and older.
I could ask people the same question why they're into nipples and vaginas. As for me I find them disgusting.
Everyone has their fetish and we should respect that as long as the fetishes aren't illegal or unethical and nobody gets hurt.
Fetishes are literally mental deviancy. Meaning, they are a segue from normal sexual desires, i.e. "nipples and vaginas", into abnormal arousal mechanisms. No, "what harm is it?" is not a valid or sufficient reason to encourage or indulge them.
