    Seeing this update reminded me, about a year ago I edited/rewrote a lot of the text to suit my own tastes... never quite finished it, but it ended up being different enough that I wondered if anyone else would like to incorporate some of it into theirs.

    I really love lore/flavor/fluff mods like this, thanks so much for making it.

    Hey so a question, I added in some texts I came with for the fun of it but for some reason when I find a runestone that has my text on it, it ends up only showing the name of the entry but not the text

    for example

    instead of giving me the text "Loki was here, Thor is a lower"
    I get "Drake_lore_loki_taunt"

    I rechecked all of your texts and cannot find the reason for this

    EDIT: found I was an idiot for working in the backup copy instead of the main langauge file...
    however on first load, still only got the pointer name instead of the text, rechecked and removed some capitals that are related to same name

    now all runestones have the same text.... utterly confused to why this is happening

    How can I translate to other language?

    Is just simply change the title: Context,English to for example Context,Czech and translate every text except variables?

    The mod does not work even after the update, there are no dreams saved in the files, only the names "skald_dream_01"

    Can I use JotunnLib instead of ValheimLib?

      no, the library has a dependency on valheimlib at the moment.

      the mod authors of jotunn and valheimlib are creating a unified shared library. once that's complete, i'll move the mod over to use that shared version

    Not sure what went wrong but when I slept all it said was "Skald dream 8" and nothing else.

      what mods are you running? do you have any issues in the bepinex logger? do you have valheimlib installed?

      Im running a lot of mods.  There is a red error that comes up, but I dont understand it and it goes by so fast I can barely read it.  Something about hook gen, its in the patchers folder like its supposed to be.  :(

      Edit:  can confirm the rune stones work fine

      have you updated to 0.9.3? i've since patched a bug that broke some texts.

      i believe valheimlib uses hookgen patcher as a dependency, so if you follow their guide on their modpage that might help.

      This is what I can gather, and the hookgen dll IS in the proper patchers folder already so I dont understand why that's an error.

      this is definitely an installation and not a mod error.
      i also notice youre using valheimlib 0.0.8. the mod is tested with v0.0.15 so i cant guarantee there wont be errors with your version.

      Okay, I updated that mod, and snagged a DLL off google that I was apparently missing for hookgen.  Hookgen is now working properly but I now have a new errror saying an item skald dream 4 has already been added, and the same in-game error is occurring :(

      whats the full list of mods you have? something suggests to me with that output that you have the mod installed twice, or some other library is trying to load texts

    possible to edit the dream text or runestone text?

      yes. the mod folder has a language file (for the actual text) and config files in JSON format for the runestones and the dreams.
