Skeleton woodcutters can be crafted using flint; Refueler pylon optimized and can now also cook. The woodcutters work but sometimes can't see logs so well unless they're right on top of them. Please read wiki for detailed info

Rebalanced skeleton and draugr health. New calculation is: baseHp + necromancy level * multiplier. I found this to be far more balanced than what was there before, with a default of 2.5 for skeletons and 5.0 for draugr.
