just installed this mod and first thing i did was tame a stone golem, my biggest question is, if i uninstall the mod will things that arent tameable in vanilla, ie my golem, still be tamed? or will i have to deal with a hostile golem that decided guarding my boar stable was not his career path of choice?
It seems there's a conflict with most mods that change the UI. For instance, with Auga or Equipment and Quickslots enabled, the BepInEx console will fill up with errors related to Valheimon.
Of course, my bad. This error is with Auga enabled, but it seems to be a similar error for Equipment and Quickslots too.
[Error : Unity Log] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object Stack trace: Valheimon.HotkeyBarPatches.UpdateIconsPostfix (HotkeyBar __instance, Player player) (at <d87e32c348094d179f6c084de22c55eb>:0) (wrapper dynamic-method) HotkeyBar.DMD<HotkeyBar::UpdateIcons>(HotkeyBar,Player) (wrapper dynamic-method) HotkeyBar.DMD<HotkeyBar::Update>(HotkeyBar)
It looks like Auga and Equipment and Quickslots mods modify the gameobject hierarchy of the hotkey bar UI elements. I'll have to talk to the devs of those mods to work out a solution for compatibility. Until then, you won't be able to use my mod with theirs at the same time.
How does one feed/heal captured creatures? For some it's obvious, wolves get meat etc, etc. However when I fed a captured wolf I saw no change to its HP, and what about things like Deathsquitoes or Seekers that aren't tameable in vanilla and therefore have no set diet? I've just installed Valheimon and I'm enjoying it, but I'd like to have my team at full health going into combat.
That's a good idea. I didn't really think wide-spread modification of creature prefabs was within scope for Valheimon. I'll have to think about a way to heal captured creatures.
I did end up going with All Tameable Overhaul in addition to Valheimon just as a workaround but I'm interested in what you could come up with. Loving the option to pull tames out of a losing battle, great mod!
Just updated the mod and added a configuration option for fully healing a creature when you capture it. It's not an ideal solution (and easily abused), but it'll work until I get to implementing a more proper solution.
I have a problem with wolves - even if I order them to follow me they run away then despawn and when i lock them and reload they gone too. Loxes and boars work fine. I tested with and without alltameable and is all the same.
Hey, I tested this out to see if it could be used for transporting tames and it's neat that it can! But unfortunately it messes with their behaviours - they can't be told to follow anymore, and if they had a saddle equipped, the saddle remains on them but can't be used or removed. I didn't test with vanilla tamables though, only creatures I tamed using the alltameable mod.

I updated the mod. Please download the latest version and see if it fixes the problem you were having.
Edit: I just released an update that fixes captured creatures not being commandable. Please grab it and let me know if that fixes issues for you.
