Mod replaces the vanilla shield paints for round Wood Shield and Banded Shield.
UPDATE 12/03/2021
Custom Textures has updated how it works yet again! Thus the naming of the textures has changed. The new names are as follows:
objecttexture_ShieldWood_shieldwood_paint_StyleTex
objecttexture_ShieldBanded_shieldwood_paint_StyleTex
UPDATE 05/03/2021
The latest version of Custom Textures allows for models using the same texture to have two different instances, this allows for you to have 3 different patterns for the wood shield and 3 different patterns for the banded shield to do so name the .png files:
objecttexture_ShieldWood_shieldwood_d_style.png
objecttexture_ShieldBanded_shieldwood_d_style.png
INSTALL
First you will need the Custom Textures mod by Adenthorn.
Click and drag the .png you want to use into Valheim\BepInEx\plugins\CustomTextures
Make sure the image is named texture_shieldwood_d_style otherwise the mod won't work.
OTHER
Included is shieldwood_paint_base.png with all of the patterns used so if you wish to change the paint colour or add your own patterns you are able to do so in Photoshop, Gimp, Paint.net or any other image editor you wish.
Patterns are taken from Total War Sagas: Thrones of Britannia.
