Implements simple autocomplete for console commands and spawn item names, and enables cheats by default.

This mod is a simple quality-of-life addition to the in-game console (opened by pressing F5 in-game).
It currently adds the following functionality:
Config
A config file BepInEx/config/aedenthorn.ConsoleTweaks.cfg is created after running the game once with this mod).
You can adjust the config values by editing this file using a text editor or in-game using the Config Manager.
Technical
To install this mod, the easiest way is to just use Vortex, the Nexus Mods mod manager. It should take care of all dependencies.
To install manually, place the dll file in the BepInEx/plugins folder. You will need BepInEx.

- It enables auto-complete for commands. Command completion works for SkToolbox commands as well (can be turned off in config).
- It enables auto-complete for spawn objects when using the spawn command
- It enables auto-complete for my mods' reset commands (can be turned off in config)
- It enables skipping to end of word using the Tab key
- It enables cheat commands in the console by default (can be turned off in config).
- It adds a command consoletweaks spawnlist to dump all possible spawn names to a file.
