Hi, I was able to make this work. I put the content of the "SK_0_10_3_1" zip in the Steam\steamapps\common\Vampyr\AVGame\Binaries\Win64 folder ( as was explain by the autor) Then I put the content of the "Dr Reid Face Texture-13-1-0-1572739262" zip in the "SK_Res" folder, created by the SK tool. To me this folder was only created after I initiated the game with the SK tool installed. After that, in game, I had to open SK with the key (Ctrl+Shift+backspace) and go to File - Browse Texture Assets -Injectable Textures (cant be 0 MB).
After all that get him near a wall, so you can put the camera in his face and wait a bit.
Thank you! Also got it working tonight using this method. ie. Installing the SK app, running the game through it, noting that the texture files weren't in the subfolder linked to in the game's SK details, copying them into that folder manually, the restarting the game. Had to walk up to a gate in close-up with the camera, but it immediately worked from there on out!
Downloaded Special K tool & extracted it to to Steam\steamapps\common\Vampyr\AVGame\Binaries\Win64 folder
Extract the mod into Steam\steamapps\common\Vampyr\AVGame\Binaries\Win64
If it make any difference I only copied the folder "SK_Res" and sub folders, final full mod path is Vampyr\AVGame\Binaries\Win64\SK_Res\inject\textures
Ran the game, accepted T&Cs for SK tool in game
Initially the beard was shorter but still there, I ran around for a like 5 seconds and did the shadowy jump thing and the beard was gone
the mod does not work correctly. The beard model disappears. However, the texture of the beard remained on the face. It looks like thick stubble. What is the problem?

Now if only someone can make a mod that gives him a nice, thick head of hair, my life will be complete, haha
