Curious, I don't know my previous comment got deleted or got hindden. But here I say this again. There's no achievement for clearing higher difficulty campaign, just play it on lowest difficulty if the campaign is "too challenging" for you. If you need unlimited health to clear the campaign, you are not going to survive multiplayer.
