I had thought about it, but it's currently impossible to implement their helmet coloring scheme for the respective classes. There are a couple of modders already working on Blood Angels content tho, but I'm not sure where they're at when it comes to progress.
Not at the moment, no. I don't use Vortex and I'm not sure how it would handle having to open .pak files, extracting my mod folders into it, and then dragging that .pak file onto pakcacher.
You can try just using both default_td.pak and its cache file. Not sure how much it'll work on regular helmets since some retexturing was involved to get the right colors.
